As a native of Southern California, I now consider myself as a Greater Sacramento insider, having lived, worked, and been deeply involved in our local communities for decades — as a resident, father, and community advocate.
As a seasoned real estate broker and probate and trust specialist, I take pride in the foundational values of my business: ethics, compassion, and solution-driven approaches.
Beyond real estate, serving others is a passion of mine. I've swam from Alcatraz Island and under the Golden Gate Bridge nearly a dozen times — all in support of a local scholarship fund I established for our local community college.
When I'm not fully engaged in the real estate world, I seek balance through activities like running, biking, and prioritizing overall health and fitness.

Jennifer Stigelmayer
I've spent my entire life in the greater Sacramento region, where I've attended our local schools, lived, worked, and raised a family. Since 1991, I've called the Herald-Galt area home.
As a serial entrepreneur, I've owned a small business for the past 18 years. Alongside managing my own commercial property, I also own a 20-acre farm and cattle ranch in the local area — and 113-acres out of state.
In my role as a real estate specialist, my focus lies in probate and trust sales, with a particular emphasis on assisting seniors. However, I also possess extensive experience in farm and large acreage transactions.
As a founding member of MyProbatePal, I am dedicated to upholding our business's core values: ethics, compassion, and solution-oriented approaches.
Alongside my professional commitments, when I'm not immersed in work, I enjoy tending to our farm and watching my children play sports in our local community.

Ladonna Berber
I’m a Modesto native with a passion for family, personal growth, and new opportunities. My career journey began in the dental field, but in 2019, I transitioned to the legal industry, earning my paralegal certificate from Abrams College and quickly advancing at a fast-paced law firm in downtown Modesto.
My passion for real estate ignited in 2021 when I purchased my first home. By 2024, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified transaction coordinator and notary, blending my legal background with my growing knowledge of real estate. Now, I’m excited to help clients navigate the complexities of legal and real estate transactions with confidence and ease.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family—including my husband and twin boys—traveling, hiking, and cheering on my favorite football team. I’m thrilled to be part of the My Probate Pal team and look forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
